Im am writing this review as my personsl account of my experience of working with Phil Waller - he has changed my view of how you can have a positive experience with an agent selling your house! -He returned my initial call promptly, when others took 2 days -He met us in our timescales and offered us various options -He gave us a step by step guide book free -He actually ‘sold’ the house to potential buyers rather than standing by the door with little or no interest like others do - He kept us up to speed at EVERY step of the process -He facilitated a few difficult queries very well -We had geographical issues and he was always happy to step in I honestly cant recommend him highly enough!
