We had been looking at houses for what seemed like forever, and it just seemed to be a constant stream of hollow promises and a lack of enthusiasm! Just getting a call back was a nightmare!! So when we found our soon to be new home for sale with Phil, we didn’t have high expectations, if truth be told. But it gives me great pleasure to admit that I was wrong. We’ve found an estate agent that calls back when he says he will. Phil does what he says he’s going to do!!
