The sale was hassle free from start to finish. Robin came round and valued the property and suggested coming back another day to take the pictures on a sunnier day. The property was advertised on the Wednesday and sold by Friday and with the help of Neil we got more than the advertised price! They sorted everything for me and even arranged a meeting with an advisor who helped me sort out the necessary paperwork needed before the sale to avoid any delays, which was a great help. I cannot recommend Nicol and Co (Droitwich) highly enough. Moving is one of life’s most stressful experiences but they ensured all dealings with their office made the process that little bit easier. My main interactions were with Niamh, Mia and Chloe - their manner was always sunny, polite and helpful. They made me feel like my questions were the most important at that time. A buyer was found within 3 days of going on the market, the process was followed by Chloe from the offer being accepted to completion, she communicated with all parties and their conveyancers.
