Nicol and Co provided an outstanding service. We sold our own house in a different area, so were registered with Nicol and Co in Droitwich as buyers. The property market was a bit slow in 2023, so it took a long time for us to find the right house, but whilst we were looking, someone phoned every week to find out how we were getting on, suggesting things we might consider, without being pushy and trying to talk us into viewing something unsuitable. Once we had had an offer accepted, the team were extremely helpful, for example, arranging for contractors to provide quotes for remedial works, etc. The whole team was really friendly. I would definitely recommend them. I felt they were really pro-active and would have every confidence in them marketing a property on my behalf.
