As a first time buyer, the Nicol and Co team (Droitwich) have gone out of there way to make my transition to my new home as easily understandable and accommodated as possible. They supported me throughout the process from chasing emails to solicitors, to making the process progress, whilst also advising me along the way. The Team have had fantastic communication getting back to me almost immediately and giving me regular updates as to the progression of the move. To top it off they gave me a lovely moving in hamper supplied with cleaning products, home magazines and vouchers to help buy my first appliances. I would highly recommend Nicol and Co to any first time buyer or home mover as they make what can be a very stressful process feel like it's in safe hands and clearly explain what's going on behind the scenes.

The level of service and results from both the commercial and residential teams at Droitwich has been outstanding. Ours wasn't an easy sale as it was part commercial, part residential, with 2 buyers and an onward purchase. From the point of sale agreed, the service, particularly from Jasmine, was superb - without her management of all parties, determination and drive, this would not have happened!
