As a first time buyer, the Nicol and Co team (Droitwich) have gone out of there way to make my transition to my new home as easily understandable and accommodated as possible. They supported me throughout the process from chasing emails to solicitors, to making the process progress, whilst also advising me along the way. The Team have had fantastic communication getting back to me almost immediately and giving me regular updates as to the progression of the move. To top it off they gave me a lovely moving in hamper supplied with cleaning products, home magazines and vouchers to help buy my first appliances. We found the service from Nicol and Co to be extremely efficient, friendly and professional. They kept us constantly updated through the whole process of buying and selling, and nothing was too much trouble.
