I can't recommend Lawton & Dawe highly enough! I used them to sell my flat and would 100% recommend to anyone. More than anything I trust them 100% - which for such a big transaction is possibly the most important thing to look for from an agent. I'm just waiting for someone I know to say they're selling so I can recommend them! I dealt with Pippa the whole time, she saw the whole thing through and was my contact throughout which was so refreshing compared to other agencies where multiple people may be dealing with both you and the buyer. She noticeably gave me all the time I needed from when she first came round for the valuation, I never felt rushed or pressured, I didn't feel she had an agenda or was just trying to get as much business as possible, and throughout the process her experience, knowledge and honesty was invaluable. The rest of the team were also great when they needed to step in if Pippa wasn't available (which was very rare!) or taking a well deserved break! I was going through this process on my own and it honestly felt like having a friend I trusted that I could run things past and check in with. It's hard to explain but she was definitely on my side and trying to get the best outcome for me, but also the buyer at the same time. She was open and realistic with all parties from the start and this approach meant we all had realistic expectations and so were happy with the sale/purchase from the start and so all went through smoothly without any wobbles or pull outs. After having bad experiences with other agencies this was a breath of fresh air. Go smaller and go local and use Pippa and the team and you won't be disappointed. They'll make what can be a very stressful process a lot lot better.
