He was able to convey our needs further up the chain in such a way that we were able to move in by the date needed for schools applications, which was very important to us! Graham acted as our estate agent when we sold our house recently. We were impressed by his knowledge and experience but also his willingness to listen to our needs. Review re-visited. 2 years ago, I gave a 5 star rating based upon my experience of Ewemove finding me a Tenant until the market picked up, and the promises made in respect of their managed service. It was always my intention to sell the property, and now that this has been done, I can review the complete picture. If I could do it all again, which I have no intention of doing by the way, I would not entrust my property to Ewemove, my principle complaint being the state in which the property was handed back. Items were missing from the original inventory, the garage resembled a beach, the garden had been neglected, the carpets smelled dirty, the self-cleaning oven was disgusting. Annoying, as before handing the property in to the care of Ewemove, I paid to have it deep cleaned and was assured that it would be handed back in that state. There were positives of course, hence the 2 stars, head office were exemplary, and the statements received each month were excellent. But all in all, not worth the 10% of the rental income I handed over each month. My buyers must have agreed as they asked for access ahead of time to have the carpets cleaned. In summary, the sale and the support offered by head office for the let was excellent, ensuring that the Tenants lived up to their responsibilities and handing the place back in good condition was poor.

Graham was really helpful and kept us up to date at every step of the way. They found us a buyer for our shared ownership flat very quickly, we would highly recommend.
