Staff are very professional and lovely! I haven't been renting with Northwood long but I've had brilliant experience with them and can't see that changing. Joe who takes care of my tenancy/flat is very well mannered and lovely to chat to, will always go the extra mile to make sure issues are resolved and that the tenant is happy with the solution. Overall he makes the life of being a tenant a lot easier & I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you so much!
