The best agency I have ever encountered in my life. In the last couple years any time when i had a problem with the house which I'm renting, they sent an engineer to fix the problem asap. I contact with them by phone, I talked many agents from there, all of them are polite, respectful,very kind and helpful. Whoever hired them made an excellent team. I hear many stories from friends complaining about other agencies, problem with fixing things and I am just thinking I am so glad I am with Northwood, I never have theese kind of problems. There is an inspection in every half year, other than that, they never bother me. A friend recommended the agency for me and I absolutely recommend it too.
