Being a long distance Landlord can be a real hassle if you have difficult tenants. Fortunately, the team at Belvoir have done a terrific job of engaging with reliable and stable tenants on our behalf. Also when it comes to handover to new tenants, the excellent cleaning team do a great job of preparing the property inside and out, to the high standard we and our tenants have come to appreciate. Chris has chosen his team well, Katie and Alicia have always responded promptly to resolve any issues that arise on behalf of both the tenants and ourselves the landlords.
