poor service from beginning to the very end

Entered the property after a FULL inventory from the estate agents to find the living room windown hinges were broken which allowed lots of cold air into the flat increasing our energy bills, the kitchen oven set alight due to all of the grease build up ( this is after an apparent deep clean was done) this then had to be cleaned by ourselves, the bedroom walls were full of mould and bacteria leaving a rotten smell of dampness, this also had to be cleaned by ourselves. To top it all off our deposit was reduced by £240 due to the gardeining not being upto standard ( £120 for a small amount of gardening needing to be done and £120 for the kitchen surface/oven to be cleaned) Not impressed in the slightest.
