I have been a customer of Belvoir for some 18 plus years and believe that I am one of their longest standing landlords, using them to find tenants for my three barn conversion properties (which I manage myself living adjacent as I do) With only one exception, Belvoir have found all of my tenants for each property over these many years. When Tim Hoddinott, the founding owner of Belvoir in Devizes, sadly passed away a number of years ago and the business reverted to corporate ownership things became somewhat less efficient and the service less personal. Fortunately, the business is once again locally owned and operated and being run on very much the same principles of personal service and attention to detail that were put in place by the founder. The friendly team at Belvoir stays very up to date with the seemingly ever-changing regulatory requirements around property lettings (e.g. EPCs, Smoke Alarms, CO detectors, etc.) and also maintain a list of helpful contractors who are invaluable in providing prompt resolution to property issues when they do inevitably arise from time to time.

The team at Belvoir,David, Sue, Susan and Julie,were a pleasure to deal with. Their manner was helpful and professional and gave sound advice on on all aspects of selling and letting. Would certainly recommend,
