I have been a customer of Belvoir for some 18 plus years and believe that I am one of their longest standing landlords, using them to find tenants for my three barn conversion properties (which I manage myself living adjacent as I do) With only one exception, Belvoir have found all of my tenants for each property over these many years. When Tim Hoddinott, the founding owner of Belvoir in Devizes, sadly passed away a number of years ago and the business reverted to corporate ownership things became somewhat less efficient and the service less personal. Fortunately, the business is once again locally owned and operated and being run on very much the same principles of personal service and attention to detail that were put in place by the founder. The friendly team at Belvoir stays very up to date with the seemingly ever-changing regulatory requirements around property lettings (e.g. EPCs, Smoke Alarms, CO detectors, etc.) and also maintain a list of helpful contractors who are invaluable in providing prompt resolution to property issues when they do inevitably arise from time to time.

Belvoir from the start have been extreamely helpful from the onset of us moving home into one of there rented properties, giving us that feeling that we are all one big family. over the severn years Sue K and staff at Belvoir have been like family. Belvoir handled the rental of a Devizes flat for my young-adult son and everything went very smoothly, both in arranging and starting the rental and in its ending. He was particularly grateful for the very prompt and totally satisfactory return of his full deposit. So, thank you Sue King and colleagues!
