I recently moved out of the cottage that was managed by Belvoir and would like to say that I was very happy with the way that the management team treated my stay at the cottage for the last 6 years. I found the team to be very friendly and helpful when any performing periodic visits to the cottage and also when visiting the branch, which helped lead to my stay at the cottage a pleasant one throughout my term. Special thanks to Sue for helping me through the end of contract support as she was very friendly throughout and made the exit visit a pleasant experience. Outstanding and efficient. We had a limited timescale to find a property to rent as we are expecting our first child in September. Within a week we had moved into our first home. The service we received was incredibly professional. The lovely staff members of Belvoir and their interest towards our situation gave the experience a rather personal feel. Unfortunately, my landlord was not ideal and from the outset I could of had a very unhappy time in my home, however, Susan was an absolute shining star and I feel that she fought my corner every step of the way.
