The team at Belvoir Devizes have been letting and managing our properties for over 10 years, in that time we have received an excellent service and as far as I can tell so have our tenants. We have also benefitted from their professional advice and expertise on the local rental market. Happy to recommend them.

We have been clients of Belvoir Devizes for a number of years and have found them to be excellent letting agents for both us as landlords and for our tenants, especially in giving a personal service. We have now used them to sell our property and this process has been equally as efficient and successful with the sale achieved in a very quick time period.

Outstanding and efficient. We had a limited timescale to find a property to rent as we are expecting our first child in September. Within a week we had moved into our first home. The service we received was incredibly professional. The lovely staff members of Belvoir and their interest towards our situation gave the experience a rather personal feel. Would recommend to everyone.

I was with Belvoir for 5 years and had many dealings with Sue and Susan. Unfortunately, my landlord was not ideal and from the outset I could of had a very unhappy time in my home, however, Susan was an absolute shining star and I feel that she fought my corner every step of the way. Both Sue and Susan were an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for them. They were continously friendly, pleasant and professional and I will honestly miss having to liaise with them! I couldn't rate Belvoir more than I do as a tenant and would recommend them fully. From commencing my tenancy to the dreaded check out, they provided support and reassurance and made everything as easy and stress free as they could. Thank you for everything!!!

The team at Belvoir Devizes have looked after my rental properties for nearly ten years and have always done so in a friendly, professional and efficient way. When it came to selling one of our houses they took care of everything for me and made the experience painless I would highly recommend them for both sales and letting.

I have used Belvoir twice to credit check, sort the contract and the myriad of legal paperwork out for me, and one time sorted it all myself. I would definitely recommend using this team. They are always friendly and approachable, yet very professional. They definitely took the stress out of signing up a new Tennant

I could not be happier with my experience renting a house through Belvoir. A combination of lovely people, friendly, efficient service and a great feeling that they want everyone to get the best outcome, makes them my absolute first choice as a letting agent. From the outset, they have been absolutely brilliant in responding to queries and requests. I could not recommend them more highly.
