Northwood have gone above and beyond from the start to the sale of our property. I had to do this sale remotely as I live quite far away and they were always the first to correspond with details of viewings (even when there was no viewings), what the feedback was etc. I have never had to chase once. Any email I did have to send out I always got the quickest reply. We sold in good time and at a good price. A huge thank you to Lucy in helping us so much in what was a personal emotional sale.

Excellent service from the team at Northwood with good clear communication from the initial viewings and bidding process right through to the sales progression team. Usually there is someone on hand to give an update on the current state or they will leave a voicemail and email with any updates if I have missed a call. One point for improvement would be to be more familiar with heating systems as it caused delay, in the sellers absence, with not initially being able to demonstrate it working to the buyers causing a further rearranged viewing. Apart from that, no other complaints with any other major elements of the service provided, thanks to Lucy and Abi for their help throughout the successful sale of my house.

I have bought and sold many properties over the years and never had much involvement with the agents who we were buying from. However, Northwood and Abi in particular went above and beyond expectations. They regularly liaised with solicitors and gave me weekly updates on progress. If ever I was to need an agent Northwood would be my first choice.
