I have been trying to arrange a viewing for an apartment for weeks. I called multiple times and was told to fill in the enquiry form online which I explained I had already done and not heard anything back. I was emailed the same form twice to fill out and still got no response. I even explained that my current tenancy is about to run out so I need to move as soon as possible. I rang today to chase this up and was told an application has been put in for the flat on the back of a viewing. I asked why no one had got back to me or allowed me to book a viewing and the woman called Sophie then hung up on me! Sophie seemed very disinterested in the conversation and just wanted to get me off the phone. I am so shocked at the way Northwood have handled this. I would never recommend them to anyone.

We completely understand how important it is to secure a new home, especially when your current tenancy is ending, and we sincerely apologise if you felt unsupported during this time.
In this particular case, the property in question received an exceptionally high level of interest—over 50 enquiries in a short space of time. Due to this demand, we had to manage a waiting list, and unfortunately, your enquiry was not near the top of that list when the viewing slots were filled. We realise we should have communicated this more clearly and kept you updated rather than leaving you chasing for a response, and for that we apologise.
