Absolutely fantastic service from the start, everyone at Northwood Derbyshire made the whole process so easy and stress free, nothing was to much trouble. The staff are so pleasant and very helpful, nothing seems to be to much trouble and that helpfulness doesn't stop after the key handover, the staff are there to help with any issues after.
