Excellent, personal service from the initial enquiry until keys were exchanged. Both the rental and sales teams proved to be knowledgeable, polite, helpful and caring. We felt we could email or call about anything and knew our ideas or questions would be answered and problems solved! The whole selling experience was calm , well monitored and had a reassuring email or call every week even after the sale .
