Overall very satisfied with the speed and quality of service by their agents. An awesome team with service-friendly minds. Despite that, I do have a couple points of critique, more relating to the renting experience for this specific property: 1. It was not always clear which party I should contact for which issue. In my experience I found it a bit of a nuisance that I had to contact the landlord rather than Northwood for most maintenance issues. 2. The property was found by us in inadequate condition on the day of move-in. Defect electrical shower, loose kitchen cupboard panels, malfunctioning lights, etc. 3, Vital information such as meter readings and gate entry codes were either not or incorrectly communicated, which caused some issues with third parties (such as utility providers and couriers) shortly after moving in. Aside from these couple of points, all contact was professional and prompt.
