Useless, they stood us up for a house viewing for next year eventhough we have lived in a house with them for this year. They never fixed our dishwasher and washing machine that they said they would. Also when we moved in there was a note saying it had been professionally cleaned. It definetly had not. Don't go with Humphreys.
