Nicholas humphreys were the leting agent for my daughters student let. They clearly do not vet there property's for habitation befor putting them up for rent to young people. My daughter and frends paid all there rent and bills on time but it took nearly a year to replace a split front door. The draft excludeion are still not up to standard which means this property should not be let out as its unfit for human habitation under curent laws. The heating was not capable of heating the house above 16deg c. As a result all my daughters cloths smelt of mold when I moved her out at the end of the tenancy period and to add insult to injury they charged them an extra £300 for a settee that was coming apart at the seams due to average usage the over years. Totally disgusting. The house and garden and state of the fridge were in a poor state when they moved in. It had an illegally built 9"wall non caverty wall extension which obviously had no building controls during the build of the kitchen extension and has never been rectified. I strongly recomend you avoid this estate agent for student rental. I feel my daughter and her friends were taken advantage of by greedy landlords and estate agents.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
