WHATEVER YOU DO AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Half of the things they do that they claim are apart of a contract are illegal and they think that their contracts override the law. They prevent you from exercising your legal rights. They try and charge you rent for a property three months in advance for no good reason and when you question it they ignore your emails. The property's are also falsely advertised and you find out about it two weeks before you move in. Also, like to charge you fees that are illegal according to the tenancy fees act and say they are made legal by their abysmal contracts. Not to mention falsifying signature dates on the guarantor agreements that are riddled with spelling mistakes anyway. You'd think they'd be competent enough to get the tenants names right on legal documents, apparently not.
