This company is a nightmare they got are contract wrong at least 5 times they even got the year that we move in wrong on the contract had to go back in to tell them to change it several times. Tried to tell us that we had no other choice than to make are rent payment a standing order and where very aggressive about it until I pointed out to them that in the contract it said we had the choice to pay are rent each month or as a standing order (the money would come out are actually automatically) then when we got to the house there was and still is a mass Amount of rubbish in are garden that wasn’t there before when we came to look around before they made the changes to the house to make it liveable. They threw the Hoover for the house out with the rubbish in the back garden as well and took them 4 weeks to get us a new one after asking on 3 different occasions for them to bring us a new one. We have been living in the house over a month now and they still have not removed the rubbish from are back garden we can’t walk anywhere in the garden because of the rubbish they left and have asked in person and by email for them to move it 7 times. Will not be renting from this company again the level of incompetence amazing can’t believe that half the staff haven’t been fired.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
