I've had no end of problems with this estate agent. Between them pushing all their own problems onto the landlord, not reply to half of my emails and even have people coming to view the property the very next day while my partner and I are still living here, not too much of an issue until you realise that we're in the midst of a pandemic and my partner is medically shielding.
