Rented from Nicholas Humphreys for 2 years. Me and my girlfriend have had a POOR experience with this company and wish we went elsewhere. Stuff like the carpets and windows that were promised for replacement that never happened in over a year off being informed they were getting changed. Also having a very rude member off staff down the phone to us when they wanted to do viewings whilst we were still there when we told them we dont feel it's the right thing to do in the COVID19 time. Simply would avoid this company and rent with someone else. Slow to get house improvements done when needed, but very quick at trying to penny pinch you when your rental agreement is up.
