I have been a tenant of Nicholas Humphreys for 2 years now. Last year we were in a pretty run down house with quite a few problems but Nicholas Humphreys always tried to do something about it. They got us a new fridge, new furniture and our Property manager even came out to the house to unblock the sink. This year there has definitely been a change in the way they do things. Everything is way more proffesional and when we had no hot water on a Thursday afternoon, it was sorted by Friday lunch so we weren't left without on the weekend. Would really recommend these to any students.
