This agency doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The communication skills from them are atrocious! Me and my fiancé have recently left due to the property being unstable to live in with a newborn coming as we’re on the 5th floor the lift is unstable and constantly broken and left for days. The doors constantly broken leaving us unsafe in an area which a stabbing had occurred. The security gates have been broken for over 2 years. The boiler has been broken since we moved in. We told them once we’ve been given a price to pay we will go in and clean in doing so they have proceeded to enter the property without our permission and also sent us photos of repairs which have been reported time and time again which have not been fixed and now expecting us to now pay for.
