If you are thinking of renting with Nicholas Humphreys, PLEASE RECONSIDER!! They knowingly let out properties infested with mould and damp, and allow stingy landlords to ignore repairs for weeks. Obviously, it’s the landlord’s responsibility for repairs but this mould and damp was OBVIOUS within one of our bedrooms and the property was still let out by this greedy letting agency who care more about tricking students into a tenancy agreement from which they can’t escape. There is no care for the tenants from NH. Once you sign a letting agreement there is NO ESCAPE unless you find someone else to take your room. In my case, this will be impossible as I am staying in a room infested with damp and mould. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Look after yourself and choose any of the other student letting agencies in derby. They can’t be worse than this.
