DO NOT RENT WITH NICHOLAS HUMPHREYS. House filthy, covered in mould and dirt, and we were told it was cleaned. Floor sticky, black socks after 20 mins of moving in. Presumably charged the last people a cleaning fee and we will probably get charged too. Constantly sent letters of unpaid bills and court warnings even though bills are included. Officers turning up to house about unpaid bills. This is not even close to acceptable living conditions. My sink has been blocked since I moved in. I was told all my rent that I had paid has been sent back, without any explanation, and that I needed to re send it, but it has not been sent back to the same account, despite their claims. Genuinely scary how companies like this put roofs over people’s heads. University students, steer clear. I recommend Monkey vs. Owl, they are much easier to deal with and worth paying a little extra.
