Nicholas Humphrey property is not a trustworthy agency, they’re dubious in nature and you’ll regret dealing with them. I have very bad experience with them when I rent their 3 bedroom at 9 south street Derby Derbyshire, the house is not very rough and the cooker is not couple with other things I complained about in the house and they didn’t attend to it till moved out of the house. I have been requesting for my exit report since February of this year without response from them and when they later respond to me, they responded with exit report that doesn’t have my information and home address with it…..
