Awful experience, wouldn't recommend this agency EDIT: I have left the agency, and since moving in to the new house with a different agency, i have received a bill of the extra charges of £1400 on top of our bills included which we paid with the rent already. - Our Boiler did not work for an extended period of time (2/4 Months) - They showed up to the property without a 24 hour notice, multiple times - Had a toilet pipe burst, and urine leaking through the ceiling unto all the belongings + the whole house smelled of urine as it was inside the walls, only one person was compensated with £80/100 + After the pipe burst, the fire alarm did not work for the rest of the year - One of the tenants did not receive the keys for the entire tenancy period Save yourself the money and time, and go with a different agency. (currently with "Key Properties" and have had not problems with them so far and are very helpful and quick to respond to any queries)
