As a tenant I expected to lose some or most of my deposit as Ive often heard scare stories of nightmare scenarios with letting agents & dodgy landlords. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Rented for a year with Martin & Co and always found the whole team proffesional and helpful. On leaving was happy to find my whole deposit returned. Having spent an hour or so calling potential agents to let my property, with mixed results, I took a stroll along St Jame's Street and popped in to each one to inquire on prices. After a lot of "the person you need to speak to isn't here" I approached Martin & Co and was lucky enough to speak to the proprietor David McKnight. He immediately covered all my questions in a friendly but no nonsense approach giving me the confidence to instruct him to commence. Both the 'find a tenant fee' and 'management fee' were as competitive as you will find with the additional option of 'rent receipt' not offered by many. All staff were on the ball and I will be undoubtedly be using their services in the future.

My experience was absolutely impressive.. Having searched for a house for over 6 wks, i dealt with a lot of agents and had a number of disappointments. I even cried at an agent office. But first contact with Martin & co. they reassured me i can get a place before my tenancy expired. And they delivered as promised. Excellent service, i was personally impressed with the useful information provided. How they take time to explain the contract jargons, provide you with hints to live well & maintain the property you have rented. I was a bit pushy becos i wanted to move ASAP but they managed to meet my tight timing without compromising quality service. It was easy discussing with the staff as they were always friendly and helpful. I love their approach and i will recommend Martin & Co anytime.Keep up the good work.
