HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. PROFESSIONAL FROM START TO FINISH & COMPETITIVELY PRICED. Having spent an hour or so calling potential agents to let my property, with mixed results, I took a stroll along St Jame's Street and popped in to each one to inquire on prices. After a lot of "the person you need to speak to isn't here" I approached Martin & Co and was lucky enough to speak to the proprietor David McKnight. He immediately covered all my questions in a friendly but no nonsense approach giving me the confidence to instruct him to commence. Both the 'find a tenant fee' and 'management fee' were as competitive as you will find with the additional option of 'rent receipt' not offered by many. All staff were on the ball and I will be undoubtedly be using their services in the future.
