Tenants, please do not use them. They’re scams and tried to defraud me of £400 deposit in 2019. Luckily DPS were supportive and helpful, and got my money back. They are also very bad communicators, specifically if you report a fault. I had complained multiple times on a certain issue from the start of my tenancy and instead of fixing it, they tried to charge me for it (a fault not from me) at the end of my tenancy. My other flatmates had multiple issues with the letting agency also.
