Took me 10 calls to get through to someone. When I did start to speak to someone they placed me on hold without telling me and then just left me there for 10 mins and showed no sign of caring to pick up the phone and talk to me. Tried to call back a few times and another 5 calls later I finally got through to someone who managed to send me an application form.
