Martin & Co have been excellent through the entire sale & purchase of our properties. Chris and Niall were always at hand to help with any queries. They made the whole process as stress free as it could be. They dealt with both the purchase and sale of our properties. We encountered many issues along the way and it was good to have them to help with these issues. We had contacted various estate agents to value our property, and went with Chris, whose fees I would say are mid-level from the quotes we got. Yet the value I got from the service was priceless. Chris dealt with all the marketing, taking pictures, a virtual tour etc. and made the process feel easy. Not having sold a property before, the hand holding process was exactly what we needed. Chris also managed to get us 10% above our listing price which was very useful! I don't think I will be purchasing and selling again any time soon, however, when I do in the future, I will certainly be using Martin & Co again.
