VIEWING was nice and easy. Looked online and called in to see if my friend and I can arrange a viewing as soon with it being the start of summer holiday season. In only a couple of hours we got a reply and a call to arrange immediately. We had not had a car, so the agency picked us up from the rail station. Too kind. The guy Ollie knows his stuff well, showed us a few houses, gave very good explanations and provided with superb logistics of the city when we move in. We LOVED it and signed up as soon we got back to the office. POST MOVE IN. All of us found it real easy to use the online system, even though some information needs changing and updated, agency Holly called us or emailed us very promptly to correct them. We all sorted our move in dates no problem. MOVE IN DAY. Packed and house move can be stressful. Holly made it easy, she call me in advance to the meeting time to make sure I got in Derby okay. Then once I arrived, offered my a cup of tea to relax and sign the final papers. The paper was long but she was patient. Next i had to gather the right info to prove my deposit had went through, even though the system was not showing so, Holly called in the Martin&Co accountant to double check and all that. Finally the agency people, three of them pointed me the right direction to get my parking permit from the counsel. Keys collected, permit bought, house moved! Thank you guys! Now just waiting for some last bit of furniture to arrive from you guys and we're all super happy. Love the house, would sure come back to you again if I am relocated back in Derby in the future.
