Totally shocking the way we’re being treated, putting aside the list of faults that are still outstanding from day one, this company has continued to ignore health and safety implications, there excuse has continued to be we need a specialist to fix the fire door and it’s still outstanding 2 months later!!!

Awful check in process. Given the wrong fob and kept waiting outside town centre building. Having to pay man with van waiting time and also ongoing road parking charges. Yet no one responding when you call (been trying since 1 hour and it’s 3pm on weekday..)

I had a very disappointing experience with ''Satnam Kaur'' as my letting agent. Unfortunately, she consistently failed to meet expectations throughout the process. Firstly, Satnam was often unreachable. Many of my calls went unanswered, and there was little to no follow-up on important matters. On the rare occasions she did pick up the phone, she would assure me that the task would be completed within 15 minutes, but this promise was never fulfilled. This lack of communication and follow-through caused significant delays and frustration. If you happen to have Satnam Kaur handling your letting agreement, be prepared for a challenging experience.
