Moved to John Shepherd from Uni2. Aarti has been a point of contact for me as a landlord and she's been absolutely amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, proactive and extremely helpful. I have a student HMO (also a mother of 4 students so being a reasonable and supportive landlord important to me) and and it's maintained to a high standard and nothing is too much trouble. Property feels very safe in her hands and her time is much appreciated. Thank you so much !!!!!
