I was on the rented apartment managed by Belvoir. There were few issues in the apartment regarding plumbing with which we were really frustrated. Belvoir tried their best to resolve the issue, even though it took some time, which I believe was not their fault as they need to find the right resources. I stayed in the apartment for 2.5 years and when I moved out, I think the inspection guy was not mean at all. The amount they quoted for maintenance was fair. Overall I didn't any bad experience and I would recommend them.
