In all our dealings with Shelley she was very kind, caring and understanding as well as extremely professional. We felt very safe in her hands and knew that she would go above and beyond to make sure everything went to plan. She gave us regular updates and followed up with us personally to ensure we had received all necessary information. When we asked questions she responded with answers very promptly, thus ensuring that our house sale and purchase went through smoothly and according to plan. After a lengthy time on the market with little interest , Claudia approached us , confident she could sell our house . Buying/selling a property can prove quite stressful, as we experienced when we moved last year. However, our dealings through Miles & Barr Deal branch were a whole lot more pleasurable.
