Having dealt with Shelley and Dan at the Deal branch. I found them to be very friendly and helpful with a very quick response to all my emails and phone calls. It was just unfortunate that Covid raised it's ugly head and caused our transaction to go "Pear shaped". A situation beyond their control.

I called for some advice on behalf of a family member and spoke to India. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. If my relative decides to take things further I will suggest they contact M&B and would highly recommend India to them or to any one! Thank you.
