Miles & Barr valued our property at exactly what we thought it was worth (this was £75,000 higher than the lowest valuation we had received from other agents in Deal). We had numerous viewings and interest before it even went on to Rightmove, and an offer at the full asking price in the first week, which we accepted once their property had sold. We chose M&B to sell our house, despite the slightly higher 2% fee as they were marketing the only property in Deal that ticked all of our boxes (what we were after was quite specific). In the end, unbelievably, Matt found us an even better property and managed to secure it for us! Despite being at the top of a 5 party chain, all went to plan and we moved in 3 months later in the Summer of 2018. We found all of the staff at Miles & Barr, Deal, including their financial advisor, to be friendly, helpful, professional and super efficient. Nothing was a problem for them. They conducted all the viewings on our house, which, as busy people we really appreciated. This time last year, finding and moving to our dream house seemed like a very a long shot but I am over the moon to be writing this review sitting in our new sunny conservatory with our 2 contented cats.
