Miles and Barr are an exceptional estate agent who have assisted in an urgent sale of a property. Their level of service and attention to detail are unmatched. Together with their customer service and great communication skills have reassured me as the customer and put me at ease. I only wish that I would have found Miles and Barr earlier and not wasted my time with other estate agents (YouMove). I must make special mention of Luke Howard, Luke Taylor, Steve Wall and Aimee. They have been with me every step of the way and made the process manageable. When I sell property in the future, Miles and Barr is who I will be going to. I wish to extend my thanks to the team for all their efforts.

Our contact with Miles and Barr was predominantly with Emily Stickler. Emily has been fantastic and has always been available to contact with any queries. Emily regularly called us every week to update us on the progress of the sale. 5/5 star service.

Would recommend M&B as my recent experience with them selling a house in Walmer can only be positive. I can highly recommend Steve and team at Miles & Barr. In comparison with my extensive dealings with other estate agents, I was really surprised when I discovered how hard Steve and his team at Miles & Barr work every day. They have a unique approach, they work proactively and really get to know the preferences of each client. They really are the ‘super agents’!

The staff at M&B are fantastic!! I needed a valuation for my property , I contacted 2 3 agents ! They dealt with the request and I had my valuation within a day! 7 days later I had still nit heard from the others. I have no doubt to who I am going to sell with!! Thanks everyone

Process was all very easy. Whole team have been really responsive so far, Steve spent lots of time going through the process with us and was really flexible with various things that needed to work for our family.

Miles and Barr were great from start to finish. Always a phone call away and offering sound impartial advice. Emily Stickler was particularly great from offer to exchange. She really helped get it over the line and was brilliant to deal with. Highly recommend.
