We had some really great conversations where he gave me a realistic and honest view of the position I am in regarding buying and selling in the current market. His advice was based on what he knew about me by asking thoughtful questions, and having clearly listened carefully to the answers. Steve came to value our house today and was excellent throughout. He was friendly and informative and took the time to explain everything clearly.
