Chris came out to our property to value it back in November and completely understood that we needed to sell quickly to get the house we wanted. We had a high number of viewings, undertaken by Amy, in the first week and sold the house in that time. Unfortunately the rest of the process wasn’t as easy but after almost 8 months, a lockdown and 3 different buyers we are in our dream house! Excellent customer service. I cannot find a single thing that was negative. Communication was spot on; queries were responded to within the day. Even during lockdown, I could not fault their service. Local business with local people who know the area and have their customers best interests at heart. When I move again (not for a while as they helped me find the perfect house), I will most definitely use them again. I would highly recommend this estate agent for buying and selling.

They were excellent in the very protracted sale of my late mothers bungalow in Dawlish, and despite the chain falling through twice during the process they kept working hard for me. I was well briefed and when they need to be honest about the prospects of achieve a particular price they were. I truly felt they acted for by best interests and I trusted them as the professionals they are. All the team I had contact with were very approachable and knowledgeable, but in particular we were excellently guided by Lucy to a successful end result.
