We cannot recommend Fraser and Wheeler – and in particular Ben Fraser – highly enough. We have just sold our three bedroom thatched cottage in Starcross with them and are very happy with the service and support we received throughout the process, from initial contact and valuation to completion. Ben and the team are professional, friendly and ‘on the ball’. They advised us on the best strategy and asking price and were very proactive in promoting our property. We were very happy with the promotional materials and the number of viewings. All this took place during the pandemic, which added a layer of complexity and anxiety. Fraser and Wheeler adapted to the situation quickly and competently, ensuring that Covid-safe measures were adhered to and that all parties were kept safe. Ben was also brilliant at keeping us up to date every step of the way and was proactive in chasing other parties when required. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the process, offering sound expertise throughout. He is very accessible, affable and calm, always returning our calls very promptly. He has a network of useful contacts up his sleeve and put us in touch with an excellent plumber who turned up the following day when our boiler broke down over Christmas. Fraser and Wheeler have an excellent understanding of their local market. They provide good value and we would definitely use them again.
