I like the fact that they are independent - rather than a chain. I like the personal approach that the director comes to your home & explains the process. All viewings were done promptly & efficiently without me having to be involved at all. Just the right amount of feedback. The office staff are friendly & helpful. But MOST OF ALL …… I love the fact that they sold my house- in a week - for the asking price!
