I got 5 valuations but I opted for Fraser & Wheeler because Chris actually listened to what I wanted to do and responded with good suggestions. Most of the other estate agents clearly undervalued the property because they wanted an easy quick sale...well, Chris did get an easy quick sale but at the right price!The rest of the team were also great. Sam and the others in the office always got straight back to me if I had a question and contacted me straight away when needed.I would definitely recommend Fraser & Wheeler as a straightforward, honest team who will do a good job for you.
