I had never sold a house before but late last year I found myself in the position of having to sell my late mother’s home. I spoke with various estate agents and things still seemed very daunting until I contacted Ewemove and had a meeting with Paul. Everything was explained clearly to me and we discussed the best way of going about the sale. Once the property was on the market I was kept informed with a weekly email and Paul was always very prompt in replying to any questions I had no matter how trivial. Cannot praise Ewemove Cleckheaton enough. We have had poor experiences of estate agents in the past but our experience with Paul and Demelza was faultless. They were incredibly knowledgable and always available to give advice (even on evenings and weekends!). We had a bumpy ride with our sale and purchase but we ended up selling our home for a great price and found our perfect forever home. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

Its a good service if you cannot afford a full deposit but be very mindful of moving. The contracts are written in landlords favour and you have 7 days to pay whatever amount they want or £75 to dispute which will go to private adjudicator. As a student house, we took pictures ( date stamped ) of everything which was later used as evidence. Hold onto these because you could even receive a claim weeks after moving out. Because we are honest and had done nothing : case fell into our favour

Great service. Myself and my partner used Reposit when renting our last apartment. When we left , the landlord was trying to charge us £450 for damages that were in the apartment when we arrived. Reposit made sure that we were charged £0. The process was so simple. If you decide to use, make sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING in the property before you move in properly.

Medical Solicitors couldn't be happier with Chat Heroes. No other provider I talked to, and I talked to a few, were offering a 30 day trial period to assess an individual firm's needs. The charges are highly reasonable. We would have ended up placed into an automatic minimum bracket with another firm and the charges would have been much higher. I've been very happy with the ease with which arrangements were made to start the 30 day trial and I'll certainly be carrying on with Chat Heroes. Although it's clear our website, to date, doesn't have an awful lot of web chat requirements, the web chats that have occurred have been extremely worthwhile, with a good conversion into sales. The updates on web chat provided are very good and communication generally. Going with this level of service is a no-brainer!
