Medical Solicitors couldn't be happier with Chat Heroes. No other provider I talked to, and I talked to a few, were offering a 30 day trial period to assess an individual firm's needs. The charges are highly reasonable. We would have ended up placed into an automatic minimum bracket with another firm and the charges would have been much higher. I've been very happy with the ease with which arrangements were made to start the 30 day trial and I'll certainly be carrying on with Chat Heroes. Although it's clear our website, to date, doesn't have an awful lot of web chat requirements, the web chats that have occurred have been extremely worthwhile, with a good conversion into sales. The updates on web chat provided are very good and communication generally. Going with this level of service is a no-brainer!
